Mental Health First Aid
This course will equip Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®) with:
– The knowledge and skills to spot signs of a person experiencing poor mental health
– The confidence to be able to support themselves and others
– The support to feel empowered and motivated to carry out their role

The course will be delivered over 2 days, the first day will be held on Saturday the 13/09/2025 and the second day will be held on Saturday the 20/09/2025.
We’re currently offering a special introductory rate of £250 per person for the course. This fee will be invoiced after booking and includes all course materials. Participants will also have the opportunity to join the Association of Mental Health First Aiders — the first and only membership organisation in England dedicated to Mental Health First Aiders.
